Fashion boutique
Dahlia fashion was started in 2000 by sisters Tracey and Leigh and soon caught the eye of the buyers from Topshop, where it is now stocked and the sisters opened their own Boutique in Carnaby, London.
They have had various website creations over the years, their previous incarnation had heavy flash graphics and the 'shop' was bolted on as an after thought. As much as the bespoke flash elements suited the brand, the flash elements were large files and took a while to download, making the site rather slow and cumbersome and not geared towards the online shopper of today.
We stripped the site right back and worked with their illustrator to create a website that not only keeps the essence of the quirky brand but also enables purchases to be made quickly and easily.
