Hope Estates provides quality student accommodation in Durham and Stockton, managing over one hundred properties in the local area.We were approached to give their existing website a revamp.The old website had usability issues, providing information about the local area and houses in general, but there were no specific house details. We approached this redesign by looking specifically at the target audience, namely students, and how they would benefit from the website and be encouraged get in contact. If you were a student looking for a house, you may not be particularly interested in fact and figures (most students already live there) but the actual houses that Hope Estates offers for rent.
