We’re a digital agency based in Balham, South London. We craft websites creating sophisticated and finessed designs, developed to high standards and expectations.  We also offer digital marketing services, branding and print to our broad range of clients. We are very passionate about our craft and the quality of our work speaks for itself. 

All our work comes through recommendations and referrals, as we grow, we aim to maintain the quality of our work across all our design solutions. We work closely and collaboratively as a team, supporting each other in our roles, ensuring we deliver the highest standard of work for our clients.

We’re growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Project Manager, who has proven experience managing digital projects.

About you

This is a fast-paced role, you will have managed website projects (both large and small) and worked in a website support capacity already. You must have a good understanding of website design and build processes along with excellent verbal and written communication, you’ll enjoy processing client’s requests quickly and accurately.

You’re eager to continue learning and developing, as well as helping support and grow the team and the services we offer.

Key duties & responsibilities

Client Support and development, 50%

  • Be clients’ main point of contact.
  • You will manage client requests, brief small jobs internally and ensure the consistent delivery of quality work within budget and timelines
  • Advise client on best practice, sharing knowledge and understanding and making decisions collaboratively as appropriate.
  • Continually look for and pursue further opportunities to support our clients and improve our service.

Digital Project Management, 45%

  • Brief in work with the team, monitor actual and projected spend to keep projects on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the management of all projects through the studio. We use Click Up to manage projects.
  • Set and manage clients’ and partners’ expectations throughout.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing, including cross-browser testing and/or co-ordinate such QA.
  • Be able to communicate technical aspects to non-technical people.

Other, 5%

  • Accurately track time spent and ensure efficient production.
  • Participate on social media, alongside the rest of the team.

Skills

You will be:

  • Comfortable with technical aspects of digital delivery and demonstrable experience working with content management systems (preferably WordPress and Shopify).
  • Confident in planning and managing technical or creative projects.
  • Enthusiastic to learn new vocabulary and skills
  • Confident to communicate well with both clients and colleagues
  • Able to work calmly and methodically under pressure, sometimes to tight deadlines and prioritise multiple incoming tasks
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised within the team

Your Benefits

  • Salary expectation is £35K to £45K depending on knowledge and experience.
  • Hybrid working, 4 days in the office, we work from home on a Friday. Our office is next to the train/tube station in Balham, South London.
