Fresh Pies is a web design agency based in Balham, SW12. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. We design and build websites, offer digital marketing, branding and print, delivering a high-quality service to our expanding client roster. We are friendly, passionate, open and honest and our client testimonials speak for themselves.
What we need
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can manage a variety of PPC, SEO, and social media for our broad client base.
As a small agency, we’re looking for an all-rounder that will be hands on, friendly, talented and ready to learn. You’ll be expected to deal with clients from the outset, so excellent people skills are essential.
This is not a suitable first role for a graduate or intern. We will only be interviewing candidates with at least 2 years of full time experience in a similar role, and ideally have agency experience in that time. Please do not apply if you do not have this experience.
The role
You will be working as an integral part of the team, with responsibility for some of the key elements of overall marketing plans and campaigns. You will be involved in helping define, design, build, delivery and monitor digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms. You will bring at least 2 years of full time experience to help drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and customer retention for our clients
Your day to day responsibilities would include…
Main client work
- PPC – Google Ads, Meta Ads & Linkedin Ads
- SEO – optimising websites (back linking, content creation, website optimisation)
- Working with copywriters and AI tools
- Creating and assisting with management of Google My Business pages.
- Google Analytics (GA4) and weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting
- Social Media account management – able to create social media content & manage day to day posting. This will not be the bulk of your workload though.
Required Experience – you will be expected to have at least 2 years full time experience in 3 of the following 5 items.
- PPC experience with Google Ads
- SEO experience – writing, monitoring, measuring, and use of software like SEMrush
- Paid social media ads on Meta or TikTok
- Google Analytics & Google Search Console
- Looker Studio reporting
Desirable additional skills, attitude and behaviours
- Organic Social Media management (content creation and publishing)
- Experience editing WordPress and Shopify websites
- Experience in Email Marketing
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Creative or design inclined
- Photoshop or Canva skills
- Copywriting for blogs, emails, and social media
- Logical and creative thinking skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to speak confidently
- Self aware and able to ask for help when needed

- Salary expectation is £28K to £35K depending on experience.
