Fresh Pies is a digital agency crafting websites, digital marketing, branding and print. Our core service is designing and developing websites, mainly in WordPress (and Shopify for ecommerce websites), creating sophisticated and finessed designs, developed to high standards and expectations.  We have a broad range of clients, we are very passionate about our craft and the quality of our work speaks for itself. 

All our work comes through recommendations and referrals, as we grow, we aim to maintain the quality of our work across all our design solutions. We are a friendly, supportive team, working closely and collaboratively, supporting each other in our roles, ensuring we deliver the highest standard of work for our clients.

We’re growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and creative Digital Designer.

The Designer role:

• You’ll be responsible for design solutions across websites, social media and print. 
• Working alongside our digital director and senior developer to craft high end digital design solutions.
• Work with team collaboration tools including ClickUp, Clockify, Google docs, Dropbox, Slack and Trello.
• Being a small team, you must be willing to take initiative, be a great communicator, capable of managing tasks on your own, yet also embrace working together as a team.

You must have:

• At least 5 years digital design experience at an agency or similar.
• A strong portfolio to showcase your experience in branding and website designs.
• Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
• Understanding of UX techniques and strategies.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe products and Figma.
• An understanding of digital including responsive layouts, smooth interaction, transitions and animations.
• A strong understanding of industry trends.
• A passion for all things creative and able to work autonomously but also collaboratively too.
• Liaise with team and provide clear solutions for consideration.
• A natural curiosity for new and emerging tools and technologies.
• The ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced agency environment.

Nice to have, but not essential:

• Knowledge of WordPress, HTML & CSS.
• Experience of Mailchimp/Email marketing tools (not essential).
